1. Send an Email to Support.

You will need to send an email to support@ehqaq.sa with the following information:

• Your Iqama Number
• Your Passport Number
• Your New Email Address or Mobile Number (if you want to change it)
• Your Claim Number (if you have one)

2. Attach Copies of Your Iqama and Passport.

In your email, you will also need to attach copies of your Iqama and Passport.

3. Use the Correct Subject Line.

For the subject line of your email, you should write something like:

Request to correct account with incorrect ID (Iqama number) and claim number (Claim number), to complete EHAQAQ.sa registration.

4. Email Body Text.

In the body text of your email, you can write something similar to this:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I registered myself on the Ehqaq Platform but accidentally entered the wrong email ID during registration. Kindly reset or change my email address to [Your New Email Address] so I can complete my registration on the Ehqaq Platform.

Please find my details below to update my email and I have also attached the necessary documents.

Iqama No. [Your Iqama Number] Passport No. [Your Passport Number] New Email: [Your New Email Address]

Claim No. [Your Claim Number (if you have one)]

5. Leave the CC Line Blank.

You don't need to write anything in the CC line.
